Cheating is very common in a lot of relationships, we have heard cases of infidelity and how it has been one of the major reasons for a lot of relationship breakups. Cheating isn't right, it leaves a lot of negative effects on people -it could lead the other partner into depression, low self esteem, self doubt, losing trust in others, losing focus and so much more.

If you are a cheating partner, you might not fully be aware of the adverse effect it will have on your partner, and we urge you to stop. If you have been cheated on by your partner, it isn't the end of the world, you can still pick up the pieces and make them whole. How can you do this?
Decide if you want to stay or not.
What to do when your partner cheats on you depends on the situation you find yourself in and the kind of person you are. Like we always say, situations like this are not usually in black or white. What may work for someone else might not work for you. You have to decide, can you cope with a cheating partner? If the reverse were to be the case, what would have happened? Can you just turn a blind eye and let this go? How long will this continue? How long can you cope with it?
Talk it out.
You need to have a one or one discussion with your partner, is this the first time? Is he sorry about it? Hear from him also, his reasons might not be tangible, but it would give you a clue on what to do next.
Don't be forced to forgive.
If you cannot forgive him instantly, you're not a bad person. The society expects the woman to just forgive and move on, it's not that easy. You have a right to be angry, don't let anyone bully you into forgiving or forgetting.
Take care of you.
Take a break, go somewhere where you can think. Be a better version of yourself, don't lose your dignity because your partner cheated. Take charge of your life. Never let go of you in a bid to hold on to a cheating partner.

After all these, you need to decide again. You have lots of options ahead of you, never let people force, shame or beg you to go back to him. Do what is best for you.
