Leadership is not about occupying an office,giving orders which are to be carried out. A true leader lead while others follow.

We are all call to serve as a leader. Leadership position is earn and not command.

During this my service year, I have come across someone who is of a true a leader in making. My able CLO. Words are too few to describe the kind of person he his. A lover of many people.

He has serve his fatherland with true sincerity heart and honesty. An umbrella to many who are in need, and a shelter to many who needs help. Your impact as you live into the favor market is just too big to be forgotten in a jiffy. What men do lives after them.

My emeritus CLO the person of @O J. From the NCCF family, we really want to appreciate you for your meritorious service towards every corps members without any bias of tribe, race or religion background. You are indeed an unsung hero in making.

Leadership role encompasses so many things, but I have seen you as one who lead by example. Keep the flag flying because the future is bright.

Day in Day out, I look back to the time send together, the memories shared and the spirit to do things without fear. I will say, I have learnt some certain element of seamless leadership trait from you.
