Not insomnia but insomnia..

Although the night's sleep is something that humans love very much, but very much also we find they can not sleep at night. Whereas night sleep is very important for the body, especially if the whole day we've spent energy to move like work.

Sleeping at night is one of the favorites of god given to his servant, why is that.., because many people out there or even some of our own difficulty sleeping at night.

This average is caused by a disease whose name is Insomnia.., and but there are also people who are not attacked by insomnia have trouble sleeping at night, this means that there are other causes that make people have trouble sleeping at night.

Here I am going to share to you guys a bit that I know about the cause of insomnia night, because I have some friends who have this problem..

The first is psychology. Anxiety and depression can cause people attacked by insomnia, because while resting the body needs the soul and peace of mind so that sleep becomes soundly.

The second is too often rest during the day..

And the third is eat too late. Eating too late can also cause a person difficulty sleeping. And Should avoid eating too late because in addition to causing difficulty sleeping, also not good for weight.

And the last is caffeinated Beverages. The drink will make us difficult to sleep. Alcoholic drinks can actually make us drowsy but will disrupt the quality of our sleep.

Let's avoid those four things if we want to sleep at night soundly..

I don't suffer from insomnia too much but I sure do any time I drink alcohol in any decent amount in the evening after dinner. I don't drink caffeine after breakfast because if I do then I have trouble getting to bed at a decent time.

Oddly, my bouts of insomnia that aren't triggered by alcohol consumption or anything else identifiable happen in the summer months around the solstice. I guess the longer days and shorter nights mess with my internal clock or something. I do take a sleep aid to help with this but I still find myself waking up very early in the morning some days and not being able to get back to sleep for some reason. I think anxiety might also play a part in my problems sleeping at times but it usually makes it hard for me to fall asleep as opposed to waking me up too early.

Thankfully the days are getting a bit shorter now and I keep myself so busy with work and (when I'm lucky enough to find time in my day) exercising that I'm back to sleeping 7-8 hours a night and it's really helped my mood and motivation level during the day.

Sleep is one of the most important things to us humans and I wouldn't wish insomnia on anyone. I agree with your points stated. A good night sleep does a world of good for me and I usually regret it when I drink alcohol after dinner or caffeine later than 8 a.m. The anxiety is a bit beyond my control most times but at least it doesn't bother me too frequently.
