Time to relax

Since my childhood, I have been deeply interested in skates and rays. For me these gothic creatures have always been like aliens from space. Thanks to Aquariums in Barcelona, Lisbon and, finally, Moscow, I had an opportunity to contemplate these strange sea-dwellers, perhaps the most intelligent ones after dolphins and whales (not the Steemit ones, heh). It may be hard to believe, but skates and rays are closely related to sharks. 

Still, I wonder if they understand that they live in prison and what they think about us, humans.
