Let us begin today's reflection by basing our thoughts on the importance of Gods word in our heart. There are a couple of things that happen to us when we subscribe to God's word on a daily basis. One out of a number of things is that; It guarantees the protection of our future(See Psalms 105: 13-15) I remember sometime ago I was travelling from one city to the another by Air.At a particular altitude, it seemed as though there was a little turbulence and I looked all around and there was this fearful look on everyone's face. When I looked through the window into the clouds, I was like, God if anything Goes wrong here , we are finished. Immediately I heard God speak back to me, what did you tell me this morning when you woke up? I responded!I told you to protect me in my Going out and coming in. And the lord said back to me: I only do that which I have been programmed to do. So an aircrash is not part of the commands you gave me earlier today. So I'm not committed to bringing to fulfilment the command I have not received from you. This made me realize that i was divinely protected and I would have a safe trip to my destination. Dearly beloved, this same truth applies to us. Your future only responds to the commands you give it today. Your future is protected or in danger based on the words you speak to it. If you speak the right words to your future, it is sure going to be protected. The best way to secure your future is speaking God's word to it everyday. When you declare his word concerning your future, it only shows that you are committing your future into his hands.if God be for you who can be against you? Release commands of Gods word into your future everyday and watch him secure it for you in every way.
PRAYER
Lord I thank you for the power of your word to me today. I realize I have got no future without you. I realize my future will be lost if its not been secured by you. I have also realized speaking your words in to my future is a way of securing it. Lord help me speak your words into my future that I may secure it from destruction. Thank you father. Amen!
ACTION PLAN
Meditatively reflect on this truth brought to you today. Speak the right words into your future. That which you want to be a reality speak it everyday of your life . knowing your future responds to the commands you give it,carefully and consciously choose the words you speak everyday of your life.
