MERRY (ORTHODOX) CHRISTMAS!
No, I'm not two weeks behind the rest of the world. It's just that Christian Orthodox churches in many countries around the world haven't yet from the old way to mark the passing of years (Julian calendar, proposed by none else than Julius Caesar a couple of years before the actual first Christmas) to the modern one (Gregorian calendar, introduced by Pope Gregory XIII half a millennium ago and widely adopted in most Western countries a hundred years ago).
And, as I'm currently staying with my parents in Russia, we celebrated Christmas on January 7th, according to that country's tradition.
