Veggies high in proteins
Well here we have some very good veggies that are high in protein for those out there that want some other way than to eat red meat or chicken or even fish all the time ok first we have Soybeans which by the way have more protein than any bean out there what you are looking at is about 28 grams per cup yes very high one would need to eat about 140-170 grams of chicken to match that number plus as a benefit soybeans have complete plant protein which is very very good the only other one is good old Quinoa.Plus Soybeans also have about 16 grams of carbs and about 14 grams of fat and most of that is fatty acids you see the fiber in the soybean helps your digestive health and the unsaturated fat helps with cardio health too so again what you have here is about 30 grams of very high complete protein in one cup not bad at all but must be cooked.
