Turmeric
Well i believe that there about a few herbs that everybody should be using,garlic,cayenne pepper,turmeric,ginger and honey these are the ones i use all the time.and i think the most powerful to keep us in good health.I have gone over garlic and honey,cayenne pepper and how i use them.Turmeric has the ingredient called curcumin this is a very powerful healer,turmeric is world known for its anti inflammation u see inflammation is what will cause all kind of diseases most of them are chronic.The big issue with turmeric is absorption on it own the body will not absorb enough to get any benefit,so what i do is to add 1\4 tsp black pepper,this well aid 100percent in absorption.Plus turmeric has cancer preventing properties that is backed by research.More to come.
