Well here we are again talking about smoothies but this one is very powerful and healthy you see it is high in calcium and manganese and also magnesium,phosphorus and vitamins A,C and E,ok first we need 1cup of unsweetened almond milk then add 1banana cut up then add 1\2 cup of frozen mango then add 1\2 cup of frozen spinach or kale then add 1\4 cup of pumpkin seeds then add 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds then blend all together and add more almond milk if needed to make nice a smooth,you see this smoothie is really perfect morning pick me up to get your day started,it is a very good mix of the vitamins and minerals plus the natural sugars this smoothie will keep you feeling full until lunch time .
