Well lets see here parsley is very healthy more so than most people think,first thing its better to add parsley than salt as today everything has salt in it already,you see parsley can help you to prevent cancer and diabetes and bone health.Plus just one cup of parsley has over 1000% of what you need in a day of vitaminK,and what i like the most is that you can add parsley to your smoothies also,i my self put parsley on just about every thing i eat like fish and chicken and beef also.Now as far as diabetes goes parsley has myricetin in it which is great at preventing diabetes,plus if you are low in vitaminK your bones can weaken to the point where they fracture easy,just be ware that if you are taking any blood thinners best to ask your doctor about using any large amount of parsley.More on parsley to come.
