Morning fatigue 6
Another way to fix this morning fatigue may be just to read the nutrition labels and see how much sugar is in the foods too and try to cup back on the sugary foods like sweetened coffee drinks and of cause pastries and most of the cereals too you see these can lead to blood sugar spike and also a drop that will have you feeling drained try having like apples carrots or oranges around more,you see what you eat in the mornings can really effect you for hours too just try to eat more foods like whole grains try some nuts like walnuts maybe some almonds or just make a real good smoothie with like strawberries and maybe some mango and blue berries with some almonds this is a great way to start your mornings off.
