More low carb smoothies
Well here is a very big smoothie but very healthy and great for you too ok first we need1 cup of filtered water then we need 1green apple cut up then we need 1pear cut up also then add1cup of frozen kale or if you want try spinach will work too then add about 15 green grapes then add 3\4 teaspoon of cinnamon then add 1teaspoon of raw honey then blend all together and add more filtered water to make real smooth.then the next one we need 1cup of old fashion oatmeal then add 2small bananas cut up then add 1 1\2 cups of unsweetened almond milk or if you want try skin milk then add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds then blend all together and add more milk if needed to make real smooth.
