Raw garlic can also help with high blood pressure,witch causes cardio issues along with strokes.garlic in high doses can help lower blood pressure,and in some cases better than prescribed drugs.In my case i had to take 20 grams of raw garlic for my Blood pressure to come down,now that being said,i took that amount for like six months,every other day and my blood pressure cameback to normal,but my weight is 215-220,i do not recommend just any one take that amount 20grams is alot for any one to take,i gradually went up to that amount.Under normal conditions i would take if u are at 100-150 like 5grams of raw garlic a day max,if weight is 160-200 no more than 7grams,and from 210- ???? No more than 10 grams,also if u are going to have dental surgery or any kind of surgery tell your doctor about the garlic, he most likely will tell to stop 2weeks before surgery,plus if on any kind of blood thinners consult with doctor first.
