More energy smoothies
Well this one is a real killer this will give you enough energy for the whole day and night also if you know what i mean ha ha,ok first we add 1/2 cup of blueberries frozen then add 1/2 cup of cherries then add 1 banana cut up then add 1cup of almond milk then add 1tablespoon of raw honey and add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,and just blend all together and add more milk to vet it real smooth.And here is a good one also first we need1 1/2 cups of orange juice then add 1cup of vaniila yogurt or yogurt of your choice then add 2 cups of mixed frozen berries or berries of your choice then add 1,tablespoon of raw honey,then b!end all together and add more juice if needed to make very smooth nice part you can keep the leftovers in the refrigerator for a few days too.
