Well here we have smoothies for a whole meal that will keep you full for hours first we need 1cup of frozen spinach then add 1cup of frozen kale,then add 1/2 a pear cut up then add 1banana then add 1 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice and if you want add 1tablespoon of raw honey then blend all together until very smooth add more milk if needed.

sounds good. Spinach is expensive here though
