Well now we have a great super healing smoothies they are a great way to get the healing foods like greens,herbs and spices here are some great smoothies to help with issues like achy joints to inflamed skin,ok this smoothie has a good amount of anti inflammatory power its the turmeric you see the compounds in turmeric have been found to reduce pain in your joints for people who have like rheumatoid arthritis ok now this is for two first we need 2cups of filter water then 1cup of frozen mango then 1cup of frozen pineapple then 1cup of frozen peaches then add 1\2 teaspoon of turmeric then add 2tablespoons of raw honey then blend all together and add more filtered water if needed to make nice and smooth.
