Apple smoothies
Well lets see here apples are very high in vitaminC and also fiber and have antioxidants you see apples can help with many diseases such as diabetes and heart diseases plus there high fiber helps to keep you full and carbs prevent you from crashing as it does when you eat those sugar snacks ok the first smoothie is real easy to make and tastes great ok we need 1 apple cut up then add1cup of frozen blueberries then add 1cup of kale or spinach if you like and i use frozen here too then add1/2 avocado then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then add1 cup of filtered water then blend all together and add more water as needed try this its very good.
