A very good morning smoothie
Well i just wanted to share this smoothie with you all i make this a couple times a week very very good plus very healthy first add 1cup of filtered water then add a hand full of frozen cut up mango then add a hand full of frozen blueberries then add about 3-5 frozen strawberries then add about 4-5 walnuts then add about 4-5 almonds then add 1tablespoon of raw honey and i use LRrice raw honey only and then i change it up a bit instead of strawberries i use a banana or instead of blueberries i use blackberries or i just mix them all up tastes real good.Try this you will love it.by
