A nice smoothie
Well here is a short veggie smoothie but very healthy for you it works great for people who just do not have the time,either working to hard or the kids or just plain tried,ok first we need 1 cup of tomato juice then add 1/2 a carrot just make sure you wash real good,and then add 1/2 a cucumber peeled is better,then add 1/2 a celery stalk again wash well,then add 1/4 cup of parsley and then add 1/4 cup of spinach or kale which every you like more then add some ice and blend all together then drink you will love this one and you get all the benefits of a real healthy smoothie.
