Well one of best things about smoothies is that you can put many fruits and veggies into a small glass and have many great tasting nutrients also this one is very good for breakfast its a very refreshing smoothie ok first we need 1cup of almond milk or you may use just plain soy milk,then add 1 fresh peach then add 1cup of nonfat frozen yogurt of your choice then blend all together and add more milk if needed,calories here are about 250 and protein is about 20 grams,this is a very refreshing smoothie try it you will love this one plus you use like strawberries instead of peaches also that awill taste i think even better.
