More meal smoothies
Ok here is really a very good meal smoothie first we need 1 avocado then we add 1/2 cup of frozen kale then add 1/2 cup of greek yogurt then add 1/2 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice here then add 1/2 cup of frozen mango and then add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and again i use LRrice raw honey then blend all together and add more milk if needed to have the right mix for yourself.try this one very very filling leaves you full for hours.
