Monthly Progress Report (April)
Hi there friends, Old Huntsman is here.
This month was quite eventful. We published the initial version of the (very) early access for the Mists of Eternal Rome, started a blog here at Steemit and a full campaign to raise funds on a Patreon. We also began work on the transition to an updated version of the RenPy engine, total code refactoring and a serious revision of many game mechanics.
The character generator based on the new engine is almost ready. It now supports a trans-gender and non-human characters, such as furry, undead and slimes. I planned to publish it yesterday, but for now there are a lot of bugs, we need to fix everything. So wait for it soon. The unstable version of the character generator will be published on Patreon first, for those who donated $ 2.5 or more, then we debug and publish a stable version for all those who supported the project, and somewhere in a month it will appear in public.
If Patreon is not suitable for you, for any reasons, but you want to support us in another way, for example via crypto currency, please contact me and we will find a way to treat you no worse than the subscribers to Patreon.
And besides, I was contacted by a novice illustrator who had already provided some samples of his vision of the Mists. I think soon we will see them all.
Many thanks to all who supported us with word, deed or a hard cash. And a special thanks to our small but brilliant team.
