So you guys may have noticed the Old Guys vote isnt what it used to be. Well that is because I had enjoyed a delegation of SP from @fulltimegeek. He has taken the delegation back in order battle against the reward pool abuse. You can read more about it here.
I just did not want there to be any confusion as to whether the Old Guy is down on your content. I am just as big a fan as always, it's just my vote is not as strong. I am going to continue to power up as often as possible and look forward to having that much or more, some day.
If nothing else, having the delegation for a bit taught me that having a bigger upvote was really fun! It allows you to lower the voting percentage as well. So basically you can do a lot more upvoting, when you have about 5000 SP.

Well, you rated 10 out of 10 from me for this post @old-guy-photos Upvoting can be a contentious issue here on Steemit (as I discovered the hard way) and, personally, as much as I love larger votes, I follow and support people because of the quality of their posts, but more importantly, because of the quality of their heart. You share your heart and soul in your blogs Paul and I always appreciate your sense of humour, your candid outlook on life, the way you interact with others and the consistent entertainment value you bring to the table each and every day. You get my first vote for the day which should have more value than the ones following it. In saying that, I believe our true value is in the type of relationships we build here and I am so very grateful for the many warm friendships which have developed from genuine and caring steemians and I will still comment without having voting power because, that is a great way to show appreciation of someone else's hard work and effort, I will also resteem when I am low on votes as a way of saying,"Thank you for your support." This is such a great comment. I know it is very hard to do much with out a slider. I know you will have earned it before too long. In the meantime, you can comment using busy.org and take advantage of their slider without having 500 SP. I even used Busy to do my last post.

Your votes will always be strong sir :-) I've never really paid much attention to the levels, any Upvote is a good Upvote in my book. I suppose every system has those ready to abuse it and force others to have to pay for the consequences. You have a lot of support here on Steemit, a lot of fans so this momentary situation will likely remain very momentary and you'll be where you want to be soon, I'm most sure of it :-)
I would to see us all grow together. That is the most fun for me.

I ordinary see people voting, but never check how much the vote is worth, so no worries about that.
I experienced the same and had the friendly help of delegated vote power in the beginning. My supporter took it back, wenn I had some 700 SP by myself, so to help others with his delegation.
I think, using it in the battle against reward pool abuse is very honorable.

I do not understand, what you are talking about. What manga do you mean?
Please note: At Steemit you shouldn't ask people to follow you. The comment section is intended to annotate the respective post. Write what you see and what you like or dislike. The author so becomes attentive to you and possibly takes a look at your blog and he might follow you anyway.
Questions such as "follow me back", "vote for me" etc. on the other hand, are ignored at best, and flagged at worst.

Yes something has to be done. This system is set up so the user police it themselves and that is what must be done.
