Hey DTube fam want to help me add some cool LED lights to my paddle boat? I figure we can light it up like that movie Deck the Halls where Danny DeVito wants his Christmas display to be seen from space lol.
Looks pretty awesome! Girlfriend and I had a hoby cat that was modified with an outboard motor and even had a bimini top. It was a lot of fun. The lights would have looked great on it. They look great on your paddle-boat!
I don't know if it's the same one you're talking about, but the GF had one of those. It was a red one, with outriggers; can't remember if it was hobycat or some other model, but I took it out many times before she got rid of it. It was a lot of fun if there was a nice breeze. The pedals worked fine, but I loved to sail it the most.
Looks pretty cool. I was looking for something similar recently and bought the Yeelights instead of the more expensive ones from Philips. It works but I've yet to get it WIFI setup. My didn't need to be waterproof. I hope yours are. :-)

How fun was this? You are limited only by what your imagination and the summer fun you will be having out on the lake with those.
Especially when the fourth of July comes around. You will be the queen of the lake with your own set of fireworks going. Nice job and I hope you enjoy being all lit up.

I want a kayak that they make that you can add a sail on to and it has a pedal drive!

The lights are but the controller needs the battery box I believe. I hope to get a year out of them. They were only 16 bucks lol.
Will last through Christmas if so but I guess the boat is not going out in Christmas. heheh.

Bingo exactly! I am doing that for the 4th to match the solar lights around the house lol.
