Fooling Around With Photoshop
So Ben told me the new version for 2020 of Photoshop was out so I thought I would update and check it out. I guess the artificial intelligence has really been boosted. Only way to tell is to try it out. Of course I am not sponsored by Adobe. So let the show begin LOL...
Of course it only took 10 seconds to use the spot healing tool to clean up the corners of this shot.
I heard the quick selection tool was improved. Well I figured part of the photo here would prove to be tricky where the whites and blacks meet and there is not a clear easy shape.
Well I have to say it did fast work out of it. I didnt clean it up. You can see on the shulder I could clean it up a bit, but for literally no time, I am really impressed.
Let's cut me out with all the noise, and see what it can do
Nailed it in seconds from a real rough outline. In fact before I could screenshot the outline it was done with the selection and ready to work LOL
Totally uncleaned. Just needs a bit by the hair and its good to go!!!
So do you guys use Photoshop? I like Gimp a lot as well for the free alternative. I am pretty happy about the improvements!

Well, that was fun! I really need to fool around with the tools that I have. I have the 2020 Photoshop and have never used it once. I loaded Gimp up and Ribbit... and ACDC...
But, I am impressed with how easy you seem to think it is. I am quite challenged with the tools... :)
Maybe I will look at it in my down time. Thanks for the demo. Cool beans.
Upped and Steemed in the AM
Well, after waiting all night for Comcast to post this, I used my phone. Pfft!

Aww you are such a sweetie! Thanks much for the Randowhale! That was a cool surprise. I was just reading about that too!
Yeah I am such a Photoshop noob. I think it is pretty cool tho!
You rock, Sunshine!
You are welcome! Sorry it wasn't bigger. It's a crapshoot on what you get! :)
Well I like that he tells you right up front that it is not meant to be as much for profit as for fun and also burning steem. I think it was great, so many thanks!
Never use an editing tool, but you certainly have this one under your thumb my friend. Well done!
Blessings!
Eventually have to move to Gimp
Photoshop is expensive .. for professional work is ok... but hobbyist.... go for free stuff

You can find the community announcement on Discord :) and it has also been shared on our FB Page and Twitter feed.
I use Paintshop Pro because it's cheaper and does everything I want to do, which isn't that much.
These are the tools I use the most, spot healing, taking out the blemishes, and cutting out something from the noise. I may have to stick with the old photoshop for now though, maybe one day I'll win the lotto and can have everything I want..
