I have always loved the stove, probably, this is my hereditary, because my dad was an excellent cook. As a child, I considered him a wizard. And in general, along his line, we had a lot of chefs in our family.

With the birth of my daughter, I wanted beautiful, tasty and natural cakes for the holidays. Her birthdays inspire me to feat. In general, children are our best motivators. I know a bunch of women, and in particular mothers with many children, who never sit around, work three jobs, go in for sports and creativity in order to once again pamper their children, become an example for them.

One day, while leafing through a news feed on a social network, I came across a page of one girl who creates great cakes. I was charged with her ideas, signed up for updates and decided to try to cook something similar on my own. And then, one day I saw on her page an invitation to a master class: "There is only one place left, do not miss your chance!"

"This is definitely a sign!" - I thought. Putting all my business aside, I rushed to another city to meet my favorite cakes!

Since then, I began to read a lot on the topic of baking, I wanted to develop my skills and improve. For this we had to bake and bake. I was so carried away by this business that I could not sleep at night, trying to achieve the perfect consistency of cream or uniform color of the mousse.

A couple of days before the second birth, I fell and badly hurt one leg. But even that didn't stop me. And I baked a huge bunk cake with lots of decor while standing on one leg.

I can safely say that I can bake anything. More than one batch of biscuit cakes, honey cakes, and puff milfei have come off my home "conveyor". I make multi-level cakes, combining different fillings and creams, I can harmoniously combine red velvet and bird's milk in one product.

I like to develop my own design, I want my style to be different from others. In general, cake decorating is a very creative process. I like to combine several types of decor on one cake, for example, berries, mastic figurines, glazed gingerbread cookies, marshmallows and marshmallows.

In order for it not to look ridiculous, the "Muse of Delicatessen" must visit me. Do you know what you need to do to call it? Exactly at midnight, when the full moon rises in the sky, and your conscience will see the tenth dream, you need to sneak into the kitchen, whip heavy cream with sugar to a thick foam and be sure to lick the whisk from the mixer! Whoever cooked at least once will understand me!

I am trying to find new ways to express my culinary ideas. Not so long ago I mastered the preparation of mousse cakes. This is amazing! They have such a delicate taste. As I write, my mouth is drooling! How can I introduce all these muffins, cupcakes, cake pops, trifles. Already breathtaking! So hands itch to throw everything and run to the stove.

So many nerves, products and time were spent on my creative experiments that now I try to use only proven recipes, I respect master classes, and I advise you not to waste your energy!

I began to bake for all holidays and birthdays, for meetings with partners and colleagues, corporate parties and even just like that, for no reason, when there is a mood. And I always have enough of it! So it turned out that I fed all the household, and now I have to limit myself and run to fitness.

My friends often ask me to cook some dessert for them. And I willingly fulfill their requests. For me, there is no better reward than praise from loved ones. And it so happens that I cook, even when they are embarrassed to ask, anticipating desires. I really love to enjoy the sight of satisfied people and feel useful.

But I’m running out of time: family, home, work, sports, a lot of hobbies. If there were 48 hours in a day, then I would devote half to cakes. But these are only dreams, so you have to prioritize. In order not to offend or deprive anyone, I even taught some of my friends to bake cakes on their own. I took on a new role for myself as a teacher, and no one was left behind.

After that, I came up with an idea - what if I open my own baking school? I have accumulated enough experience, and now I cook no worse than eminent confectioners. Why not share my knowledge with others?
