Know Who You Are.
2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV)
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
I know you have been tempted
I know your faith has been tried
Even the devil asked you to be sift as a wheat
The devil is interested in robbing and stealing
Have your mind confused and keep you at bay
Away from the reach of God with guilt and sins
Never allow the devil to rob you of your joy
The joy that God gave you through Jesus is priceless
You live by Grace and the devil is pissed
Angry he never got a second chance
And as those created in the image of God
We have a second chance and the devil is livid
We are not equal with the devil but better
He wants to drag us into the pit with him
Knowing who you are would help a great deal
We are the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ
Jesus knew who He was when He was on earth and was tempted of the devil. The devil tempted Him at the end of His 40 days and night fasting. If He struggled with His identity, He wouldn't have defeated the devil but knowing the power He possess and the glory that God has set ahead of Him with His purpose on earth, it was easy for Him.
As believers, we need to know who we are in Jesus Christ and not who the world told us we are. The world has changing standards but God's standard is for sure. He has called us His own and He won't go back on His own Word. He has exalted His Word above His name so the person of God cannot lie. He is not a man that He would lie. God has redeemed us from the curse of the law and the standards of the world and we need to not only believe it but walk in the reality of it.
You are precious. You are special. You are wonderfully and fearfully made. You are God's treasure if not, He wouldn't ask Jesus to come and die for you.

The devil is always on the prowl, even the name is ugly, devil, it's up to us to evade him, we are human and therefore vulnerable, that is why being under the mercy of GOD is the key to not falling into the game.
Hahaha I love this. So true... His Grace is the key for us not to fall into the devil's game. Absolutely.
