From The Beginning.

Genesis 1:26 (NIV)

Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

God wasn't talking to Himself when He said 'Let us make mankind in our image'. A lot of people said Jesus only existed when He came to the earth even though the truth is in the Bible.

Jesus made it clear that 'a body had been prepared for Him' meaning He wasn't of this world even though He came to this world. Many people think He was human but He was far from human. He was superior to human. Jesus had been present from the beginning - before the world was created. It was clearly stated in the book of John, chapter 1 verse 2 where it was said that 'He was with God from the beginning.'

Most people don't understand the truth and value of the Word of God. They have taken no time to study it neither have they showed themselves approved as the Bible asked us to in 2 Timothy 2:15.

This was the truth that Peter knew when Jesus asked the disciples the question in the book of Matthew.

Matthew 16:15-17 (KJV)

He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Jesus knew not many people are privy to this information so he asked them who they think He is. Peter boldly said He is the Son of the living God because God revealed this truth to Peter which was why He said it without fear.

No one can get to the Father except through the Son and no one knows the Son except the Father while no one knows the Father except the Son and whoever He chooses to reveal to which was why Jesus said 'Flesh and blood didn't reveal this to you.'

There are some hidden truths in God's Word that the Holy Spirit has to reveal to us believers. Only what is revealed can be understood. The teachings we hear here and there are the revealed Word of God which God has opened the eyes of His teachers to know and to teach.

The truth is, Jesus existed before now. Before Jesus came into His physical body here on earth, He had always existed with God in Heaven and the Bible made us understand this truth.

Colossians 1:16 made us understand that all things have been created through Him and for Him. If they were created for Him and through Him then it shows Jesus existed right from time and this negates the beliefs of those who call Him 'human' and failed to acknowledge Him as the Son of the living God.

Ever since and before Adam fell, Jesus was there and He is the ultimate plan of God to redeem man and reconcile man back to Himself.

John 17:5 (KJV)

And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
