Blockchain has being a great technology when it comes to open transactions but when it comes to the implementation of blockchain, I do agree that government should lead and govern the regulatory reqirements of the chain but by all means, like in many technology driven disruptions will be a great effect on the technology, I think that the applications in real life should be financially intelligent and it can reshape the economy of the world.
