At initial level when you go to gym sometimes you get frustrated because some of the peoples who were working out there from earlier time the reason behind this is they comment on your body shape and your structure and also comment that there is not any growth is visual in your body structure but you will not have to disappoint and discourage with their statements and all you will only have to focus on yourself and believe me when you start working and focusing on your target then you will definitely achieve success and mind suggestion is not only for the profession of gyming my suggestion is for all the professions in which peoples are working
When I joined the gym then I saw immense growth in my body in the starting three month but after that duration it seems like giving two hours of time daily in the gym is not working because after the three month duration it seems like that my muscles stop growing and I really get disappointed with the results but one of my friend whose name is Ajay he told me that you are not able to build your muscles in 3 to 4 duration when you are not taking any type of supplements and all so it will take time please make patience and see the results
It's almost 8 month done from the day I started the gym and now a little bit growth in my muscles is visible to me also and I am also getting complement from the people around me that your body is growing in a good manner keep going keep working hard
Along with the growth of muscle there are many other benefits of gym according to me
- punctuality of time
- consistency
- never give up attitude
- teamwork
- hard work
- mental peace
- proper working of your digestive system
- enhance your immune system
