Opening 50 Steemmonsters/Splinterlands Beta Packs
Yesterday I bought 50 BETA packs on Steem-Engine, I wrote about it here. In this post I'd like to talk about the cards I received. Overall they weren't really good.
The best card I pulled was a non-gold Hydra. Beside that, I got two other legendaries, some epics and some gold foil cards.
A strange observation I made is, that I pulled 4 (or so) Kiaras but no other epic summoner.
The following screenshots show some of the better packs.
At least you got a few legendaries, some golds and epics too. Worth it though? Did you use a potion?
Worth it? I'm not sure. I spent 90 USD on these packs. I didn't calculate, but I don't think I made them back.
I used 25% potions for the first 20 packs or so, but no potions afterwards.
If you had 50% or 100% on, you may have gotten much more, but then that costs heaps of DEC haha.
Still, at least you tried and got lots of cards to level as well.
Yeah that's why I didn't buy more potions^^
