Mastercard launches P2P crypto network

There are different options for peer-to-peer networks and now mastercard which is a well-known brand in payment systems operating across the globe has come forward and launched P2P Crypto Networks. Its always good to see more brands getting entered in crypto and this also encourages more people to get onboarded.

This is not a traditional crypto p2p network but looks nice which is going to help the crypto community. This will enable cross-border payments and can be a good and easy way to send crypto from one place to another.

The Mastercard Crypto Credential network, which is in pilot mode, supports transactions on Bit2Me, Lirium and Mercado Bitcoin exchanges, enabling cross-border payments across the Atlantic, Mastercard said Wednesday in a statement. The P2P platform’s rollout forms part of the payments company's push to leverage digital assets for cross-border payments, a growing payments services sector.

Crypto is a great option for cross-border payments and this is a good addition. I have gone through the articles and this is good to see that a well known brand like Mastercard has come in to this space and expecting that more people would make entry to crypto.
