Food is something that we all need. Our body can not live without eating and as we are mind, body and spirit, the way we cook is transformed in some way, into food for the soul. It has to do with the time and energy we dedicate to the other. We all have to feed. Without a doubt, it is not the same to eat as to be nourished. The person who cooks for others not only feeds us, but also gives us food that is a basic need of every human being. It also nourishes us. When I plan the food, all my senses, taste, touch, aroma, the view of colors, come into play. I love thinking that this activity will generate something pleasant in my family or my friends. It's a way of telling everyone: I care, I want you to enjoy the food, I want to choose healthy food and I want this to be a time to share a taste, a taste, a talk, a meal and that my food is nutritious for you . While I cook I concentrate on what I am doing. I am in the here and now. Time does not exist That moment has a great sense for me. I enjoy it. I use all my creativity to reach others. For me it is an art. I remember when I was younger I was more worried about the lack of time between work, the house, the kids. The kitchen and the food fills my life and every day, of tranquility and joy, when I bring a meal to my family or a sweet and my children kiss me and tell me how rich, in that moment I feel happy and happy I complied I hope you like my work, when I want to share recipes which I have many. Next and to finish my post with a delicious meal, I'm going to describe the preparation of Roti relleno
This statement does not have to frighten those who do not like cooking. Any activity can be transformed into an act of love. The only thing I try is to communicate my version about the kitchen.
I like to give away things that interest or like the other, do not buy anything to get by. Food is something that we all need. Our body can not live without eating. And since we are mind, body and spirit, my way of cooking also includes food for the soul. The person who cooked me thought of me, chose the ingredients, invented a new dish, flavored it, served it and dedicated himself to me, he thought about how to satisfy a need of mine, he took me into account. When I cook I take into account all these things. I want to reach your soul and I want to tell you that I want to give you my best, I want to "nourish you." Behind that warm plate of food is the time I dedicated to you and me.
Without a doubt, cooking is an act of love for me! Counselor María José Zorrilla
Roti is the Hindi word, Urdu, Punjabi, which refers to the type of bread used in Indian cuisine and some other Asian countries. In the Punjabi language, a large bread is called phulka.
