Racism ideology

According to the French philosopher Louis Althusser, ideology is everywhere. It is intertwined with practices in social life. Again, according to Althusser, ideology is not a representation of reality but a representation of reality. With a simple analogy, the ideology of a person in an aquarium, such as the illusion of objects outside, blurred and curved, interprets it as it wants it, preventing the person from seeing the world, social phenomena, human relations as it is -objectively. People live their own ideologies as their own world. Ideology can be reconciled with almost any subject, and it can turn into a discourse to legitimize an object. It can also be associated with science and disciplines, though not directly, to consolidate legitimacy for consent production. Sometimes the aim to be achieved becomes more important than the ideology is correct, and it can turn into a deceptive set of beliefs. This ideology can feed on the formation that wants to produce consent in the society and wants to take its justification. How the people who have adopted this ideology should see and interpret the world is determined by the discourse of the ideology. This makes it easier to integrate into the system in which the person is to be installed.

Racism, on the other hand, is the ideological weapon to which classes and governments with inequalistic worldviews apply when they capture their environment. According to the highly successful and seemingly recognizable definition adopted by UNESCO, racism is anti-social beliefs and behaviors based on delusions that can be verified by biologically based interdepartmental relations.

Racism is a part of an inequalist worldview that does not believe in people's ethical equality and sees societies and people in order. This view of the world, which manifests itself in different forms at different times and in different societies, is a view sometimes emerging in it or in this society. In an international conflict, in an internal war, in an ethnic battle, there is always the possibility that ashes will be blown and the racism re-ignited. As Alaeddin Şenel has stated, there are actually answers to those who think that racism is a primitive, unscientific, powerless doctrine worth noting. Basically, this worldview, based on the belief that people and societies are not equal in value (all kinds of fundamental rights), as in almost every world view, shows itself in an effort to base itself on the prevailing thought. For example; the dominant way of thinking in the Middle Ages was religious thinking. Racism was hard on him. The dominant way of thinking of our time is scientific thinking. So when the inequalist worldview emerges in scientific clothes, there is a greater chance of holding and spreading. Although this is based on false scientific grounds, racism is one of the contemporary manifestations of the inequalist worldview, as it is put forward in the form of a scientific discourse; for this reason it is not something to be memorized. No matter how scientific theories are suggested, the teachings of racism can not be compromised, not only with science, but with each other.

The English Evolutionary Biologist Julian Huxley says that the word racial has made a fuzzy sense. In some books, the word "race" is used in the sense of "human race" (human species, human race). On the other hand, it is also used to describe groups of people with certain physiological qualities whose borders have not been drawn well and have not been agreed upon, as we have seen when examining the first race theories. At the same time they were also used to tell people who are thought to have certain spiritual qualities. On the one hand, the category "on the other hand" of the race has come to mean "the lineage", which is the category under the race. The race word is used and is still used in a variety of meanings such as species, "race", family, nation, group, colleague. It is a reminder that racist thinkers and writers are responsible for making so many different meanings.

What about English, French, German races? These are not race but nation names. Are not the words Reki or Aryan, Indo-European, Anglo-Saxon, Chinese, Turkish also race names? These are terms related to dille, listening and culture. Jews and Armenians are the names of "ethnic" groups that have not come to the nation state. In other words, the teachings of racism are in contradiction with biology, anthropology, genetics.

Today, almost all anthropologists agree that 'all people living in the world are Homo sapiens species'. Parallel to the fact that races are not distinguished from each other by precise lines, a definite description of the race can not be made. However, it can be defined precisely: All of the groups that can reproduce and multiply through sexual intercourse. People of all races could mate with each other and produce unbearable roots, and people could not have existed in productive breeding without a single species; or matings of different species, such as horses, donkeys, and mules, could only give infertile progeny. In spite of this scientific truth, there is no doubt that racist thinkers confuse "genre" with intentional, unintentional, conscious, unconscious "race".

The Homo sapiens species also have subspecies that are different from others but are composed of people (phenotypes) that have some common physical characteristics among themselves. Most likely, the emerging races were mixed, and the new breeds emerged in a situation where the respondent earned a certain homogeneity. But these are also remixed in the turbulences of human history. The scientific conclusion drawn here is that there will be no communities of pure race individuals. It is also a fact that certain phenotypes are heavily repressed in certain communities, for example, the multiplicity of people who go out to the cheekbone among the Mongols. However, the problem of how many breeds are found is still blurred.

Teaching racism;
a) In addition to physical qualities, psychological, intellectual and even cultural qualities are inherited,
b) that these so-called hereditary qualities are found in some communities and are not found in some, some are found in very few,
c) In connection with these, it is understood that some races are superior and others have physical, psychological, intellectual and cultural skills,
d) In conclusion, it is made up of the assumptions that the superior races have natural rights on the lower races, from destroying them to directing them, from exploiting them to exploiting them.

According to genetics, anthropology and other related sciences,
a) The concept of race is not a cultural, ethnic, linguistic, biological concept.
b) Apart from some pathological (diseased) psychological qualities, no scientific evidence has been found until now that psychological qualities, intellectual and cultural qualities are inherited, but in the researches found there is a lot of evidence showing that these qualities are acquired by environmental and cultural means.
c) The hereditary nature of the hereditary nature, such as the absence of any hereditary character in all members of a community, that is, pure race, lack of communities, can be found in members of other communities. Differences within a community can be greater than differences between groups.
d) The claim that some races inherit cultural, intellectual, psychological, and even physical superiority from other races has not been proven to date.
e) Because the gene pools of the hybrid breeds will be richer, the chances of adaptation to the environment may be higher.
f) It is the ethical discipline of the social sciences, philosophy, and philosophy, not of natural sciences, that racial or inter-community relations must be egalitarian, inequitable, warrior or peaceful.

For the ultimate purpose of writing, we must not distinguish between the teachings of racism and the sayings of anthropology, genetics, and other sciences about the concept of race above in order to avoid the discourse of the ideology of racism. This makes it easier for us to perceive people, societies, cultures, nations, and states in a real way, as if they were not ideology-minded. Being clear of the rhetoric that the government has made to produce consent, realizing that the facts perceived as real are merely illusions, will make us a step further.
