I am constantly being placed on IP ban. Where can I read up on the new rules and regulations of Steem? This is frustrating.

How can I even know why I am placed on this ban when no one is telling what I did wrong? I have not posted anything other than the things I do post before, then why the ban? I do not plagiarize either.

Can someone please explain to me what is happening to my account?
