Every relationship thrives on communication. Can two work together except they agree? hell No. Anytime, two people decide to come together and work on certain things, there arises a need to communicate and understand each other.
It is certain that misunderstandings will arise, how such misunderstandings are being handled matters a lot. Although, revisiting issues that could spark arguments might come with hesitation. All the same, i personally do believe that is highly needed and important for a stronger relationship and success of goals as regards whatever the two plans to work on.
Advice:
Be bold enough to address issues and be smart enough to table your opinions without offense. We live in a world where how far you go is a function of who you relate with. For that reason, it is important we take communication important.
Advice:
If there is anything that inspires you, always keep it close. Trust me , you need it always. Life is filled with ups and downs, you need the hand of motivation to lift you out of every hole of disappointment or lowliness.

Communication is key, vital and very important once it has to do with two or more people. A lot of us don't want to talk about some issues because it might end up in serious argument but it's better to trash it out than keeping in grudges . And what better way to work together perfectly than having an effective solid communication as you would know the person's views , opinions better..
