I woke up feeling sick

I have been skipping night sleep for few days and it's beginning to affect my health. Although, I usually sleep during the day, I noticed that each time I skip night sleep, I feel a little bit sick. But because this was just a slight feelings of being sick, I didn't stop.

I skipped night sleep again and woke up a few minutes feeling very sick. Well, I went online to search the difference between night sleep and day sleep, and this is what I found out. Please read the article below, they explained it very there.

I know sleep is very essential to the body and we need to sleep for at least 8hours every night if we want to have. Retentive memory... Take care of your self momma and don't joke with night sleep... You need it and also don't sleep within 5 in the evening to night, it has been known to cause sickness as well..

I haven't been skipping night sleep per say but i've been sleeping for less hours than usual for a few nights. It affects me during the day because i get tired almost all through the day and i'm not able to concentrate much at work.

The place of sleep as a form of rest cannot be over emphasized.

I believe night sleep are much more important that day sleep though all can be classified as sleep but one as much important than the Order. Try getting some night sleep much more than day sleep. Probably not less than 5 hours

A person needs to rest for at least 7-8 hours a day, and since everyone has business and care during the day, we rest at night. Lack of sleep can cause many illnesses. If I don't sleep at night, I feel sluggish and dissipated. I think you should definitely rest right time

Well I think skipping meals sometimes isn't really good, I developed ulcer in school due to skipping meals really, I hope you do find the reason why you feel sick skipping meals.
