Be strong for yourself
When the world tries to break you, you've got to stay strong for yourself. Sometimes it gets so bad that there is not even a single shoulder to lean on. At this point, you have no choice than to tap from your inner strength and keep moving.
Yesterday, I heard the news of a man who committed suicide after he was accused of rape. He tried to plead his innocence, but everyone went to his twitter handle to insult and lay curses on him.
Shortly after that, he dropped a suicide note on twitter and attempted ending his life (although, report has it that he is not dead, but in a coma).
You do not have to hurt yourself because the world hurts you. If there is anyone that should stand up for you when the world is against you, that should be you.
If you cannot stand and support yourself, who will do that for you? It is actually not an easy thing to go through such situations, but if you are able to overcome them, they will make you stronger and better than you have ever been.
Stand up for yourself!

The ability of some people who find inner strength to move on in their trying and down moments is what I consider legendary.
This kind of strength helps to overcome a lot; depression, sadness, loneliness, bitterness etc. But most importantly, saves life.
