Don't let them see
The tear-drops.
You must not cry,
You are a strong one.
But if you must,
Then weep in the dark night,
In the weighty night
When the darkness
Coats the tears streaming
Out of your weary eyes.
Then, when morning comes,
Wipe your tears
Wipe them clean
And stand tall,
Smiling with the radiant sun,
For a new you
That will sprout
with freshnesss
of a new day!
