I just moved into my new place and as a gift, my beautiful friend Emily came over to do a clearing, or smudging, with sage.
She talks about the path that she will walk in the house in order to clear the energy out through the front door. Not included in the video, she had talked about how she had grounded herself spiritually before coming over and put positive energy into the gifts she gives me at the end.
