“一刹那”有多久
一转眼就到了2020年啦，仿佛只是一刹那，我们就老了，说到一刹那，突然有些好奇，一刹那到底是多久呢？

首先，先来区分一下一霎那(yī shà nà)和一刹那(yīchànà)，虽然发音有些贴近，代表的意义也有些相似，但是还是有些区别的。
一霎那(yī shà nà)就是用来表示很短暂的一段时间，但是一刹那(yīchànà)虽然也表示很短的时间，但是细节更为丰富。
“一刹那”：是印度古梵语的音译，是古代印度的一个时间单位(ksana)，而这个单位到底代表有多长时间呢？
《仁王护国般若波罗蜜多经》中有关于“一刹那”的描述：
一念中有九十刹那。一刹那经九百生灭。
但是这样还是有点抽象，比如说一念又是多久呢？
好在在《摩诃僧祇律(Mahasangha-vinaya)》中关于“念”的内容：
二十念名一瞬顷。二十瞬名一弹指。二十弹指名一罗豫。二十罗豫名一须臾。日极长时有十八须臾。夜极短时有十二须臾夜极长时有十八须臾。日极短时有十二须臾。
这样，结合两者内容，那么就在一刹那和每日之间建立起来了关联。
结合这两句日极长时有十八须臾。夜极短时有十二须臾夜极长时有十八须臾。日极短时有十二须臾。，可知每天有30须臾。
然后又有如下换算关系：
- 须臾 = 罗豫 * 20
- 罗豫 = 弹指 * 20
- 弹指 = 瞬顷 * 20
- 瞬顷 = 念 * 20
- 念 = 刹那 * 90
所以一刹那有多久，那就不难推算出来啦，我推算的结果为：
24*3600/30/20/20/20/20/90 = 0.0002秒
也就是一刹那等于万分之二秒。

而百度百科中对一刹那推导出来的结果是0.018或者是0.013秒(百家讲坛：走进印度玄奘西游记之十四)，但是他们大概都是依据一刹那者为一念，而我在《摩诃僧祇律(Mahasangha-vinaya)》并没有找到对应的原文。
所以我还是觉得一念中有九十刹那，这个比较科学。不过反正一刹那极短就是了，短到还没好好体验生活就到2020年了😔
