Thank you to everyone who participated in the second art contest for our new Project Milkbox initiative, it was great to see how much support we have gotten and to have so many people putting together creative logo ideas.

This second logo challenge for Project Milkbox was set up a bit different than the first one, this time we were looking for a Mission Appropriate LOGO for Project MilkBox to represent the brand, but this time without use a milk carton character in the logo design itself. We were thinking in terms of a traditional logo that has title words next to an icon graphic of some kind.

The whole project development team was talking about the logos even as they were still coming in to the contest. Different logos were being tested in our samples even before the contest had ended. We were especially proud of everyone who helped contribute this week because this project means a lot to us and to the people it will soon help.

These tokens started as a conversations in the BeyondBitcoin hangout series shortly after Steem was launched historically in those very hangouts. It began as "community tokens" or "tag coins".
