DONT QUIT ON YOU

Sometimes you do things and expect they will turn out well. You spend your resources with high hopes that this is the breakthrough. You didnt leave any stone unturned. You expelled your energy with a clear picture of you on the other side. You were too sure that it was your time to embrace a long desired dream..ALAS! It yielded no fruit.
I have been there. Not once! Not twice! Broken and alone in a world of my own with many questions. And faced with the thoughts of giving up. Did I give up?

It felt like the easiest thing to do. But i cherished that dream too much not to see it come to pass. So i endure the pain and try again. Am getting closer, though my strides may seem small to some, but i know the cost. I am not were i was yesterday. I am closer to that goal. I will not quit on myself..
