My RC is back up to 100% but it costs me .01% for each comment, and Edit.
As a test I made 2 comments and 2 edits and my RC dropped from 100 % down to 99.94 %
So it costs me .01 % RC for each comment and edit. I will know after this Post how much that costs....

Looks like RC will not be a problem even for super active users like you. Now we have to figure out voting power.

I think also .01 % but it regenerates so fast that it is hard to tell ... in the time it took me to write the post (about 5 minutes) my RC had gone back to 100 %?

This RC bar might not be the worst idea in the long run. I'm more pissed about longer times to recharge your VM, which also drops a lot after casting upvotes.
How much does the mana drop with each Upvote? It used to be 2% .... and it would take about 1 hour to go back up 1%

Hmmmm .... with this post my RC jumped back to 99.98 % .... so the RC must regenerate very very fast .
