My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2022
Another beautiful summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere.
Went for a morning kayak and then walk with Lola.
It was getting pretty hot around noon so I had to get out of the sun. Perfect time for an afternoon siesta.
Slept a little long then had a swim and cooked up some BBQ. I think I will be up late tonight.
A summer holidays. They’re the best.
