Colour Challenge: One-leaf oak tree and a red mushroom

This is a young oak tree with an old mushroom, yet the mushroom is younger than the oak tree.

That may sound very deep and philosophical, but it isn't.

I don't know what kind of mushroom this is; I found it a few days ago near a peat bog. It is most certainly red though, and that is all that matters today.
