You deserve more votes than the OP/Author, in my opinion.

Reasoning?

1. For addressing what I also feel is one of the most serious issues
   with #Steemit in its current form
2. It's not a very good guide, considering the fact that it's structure
   some major work, no #example were used, and no #instructions
   were given in regards to #formatting in regards to #markdown.
3. Because I like that your #username rhymes :)
