Sounds like a great idea! The platform's here, it works, and there's no reason why STEEM/SBDs can't serve as a payment channel for charities.
@nxtblg I am glad you like the idea. I believe the Steem Blockchain will be in the world news everywere soon, not sure how long, but lets imagine. BTC is everywere and its no more that a crypto and a means to hold and transfer wealth.
But Steem is much more than that! Its our own bank, to keep funds safe, transfer them with the lighting speed of 3 secs, and zero costs, it runs a social network with a great rewarding concept, it is achieving freedom and getting the control back to people, and much more! Many huge developments disrupting each and every industry are being developed. This year will be huge for the steem blockchain.
