Klondike Relay 2018
Briefly, I have been accepted to join a team running the Klondike Relay 2018.
Having known several folks who have enjoyed it, I am looking forward to the experience.

Time to focus my training on this effort. I think I'll be on leg 8, but will have to confirm and do some booking/registration shortly.
Cool, I think the only place I've ever heard of Klondike is in the comics of Donald Duck. ;) How long is your leg? Will there still be snow?
I've been listening to a book called 'Call of the Wild' which is a story from that area, with joy :)
My leg is a bit over 19km, and I don't know about weather, but it could be anything, with a high likelihood of it being a wet 'anything'.
My main training goal is to be ready for all weather conditions.
Wow, your leg is 19 km?!? How far is it all together? It sounds like lots of fun.
All together it is ten legs or 175km, depending how you count it.
My team is called the Whooters :)
