BEAUTIFUL FLOWER BUT NO NAME

This flower grows near my house, everyone does not know the name of this flower ,, when the withered flowers will turn black and will rot by itself..

Flowers that resemble these fruits will look very beautiful when it is experiencing a uniform growth ,, But when the photo I take, this flower is drag and no flower except for one.
